Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) stating your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you,
including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us),
without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back
or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Deduction for Loss of Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Opened or damaged packaging and/or products that can no longer be sold as new (e.g., trading card sleeves, binders, deck boxes, protectors, cases) may incur a deduction for loss of value.
